Panchayat season 3: Cast, crew face challenges during shooting; watch video from ‘Phulera’

The popular Indian web series called ‘Panchayat’, which is available on Amazon Prime, has started filming its next season. 

Versatile actress Neena Gupta, who plays the role of Manju Devi, the wife of the Panchayat Pradhan, has shared a video on Instagram giving fans a glimpse of the challenges they face while shooting in the intense heat.

Neena Guptar shared the video on her Instagram account with the caption, "Ek actor ki dhoop katha," meaning "A tale of an actor under the sun."

In the reel, she can be seen dressed in her character's attire, donning a pink saree. Despite the scorching heat of around 40 degrees Celsius, Neena Gupta vividly expresses the intensity of the weather in the video.

She mentions that when the umbrella is removed, the blazing rays of the sun make her entire body feel as if it's on fire.

In a light-hearted manner, she adds that if she were to return to her hometown of Mumbai after shooting, she doubts if anyone would recognise her due to the effects of the relentless heat.

Nonetheless, as a dedicated actor, she embraces these challenges and perseveres with her passion for acting.

Neena Gupta delighted her fans by sharing a video on her Instagram stories, giving them a sneak peek of the shooting location at Gram Panchayat Phulera.
