Pakistani girl in love with Indian man; netizens say 'make Gadar 3' in viral video

Love knows no boundaries. However, can the romance cross the India-Pakistan border? This very question asked by a Pakistani influencer named, Aymen Sajid, has taken the Internet by storm. 

Aymen Sajid's recent Instagram reel narrating her ordeal of being desperately in love with an Indian man has now gone viral.

In the short clip, Sajid can be seen in emotional distress. From looking up at the sky with tears in her eyes to clutching her head and collapsing by a wall, her actions highlighted her hopelessness and misery.

Captioning it with a text overlay as, “When you found the love of your life but he is Indian and you are Pakistani,” the video caught the attention of many. With over 10 lakh views, netizens from across the border united to know more about her unfortunate situation.

Comments rained under her posts with hundreds expressing their sympathy for her. Additionally, many of them offered stories of their friends or contacts in similar situations. 

“I know a couple in Brisbane. She is Indian and he is Pakistani and met as university students. They live happily together,” wrote one while another offered “Anything I can do to help?”

However, things also took a humorous tone when many pointed out that Aymen Sajid makes reels for content and the showcased love situation may not be real. Regardless, social media users went ahead with their friendly fires.

“Gadar 3 aap log hi banaoge (You two will make Gadar 3),” added one cheeky user. Meanwhile, others suggested they either go to Dubai or the Wagah border to meet. “Crossed borders while scrolling,” said one to add a dose of light-heartedness.

In spite of the viral nature of the video, there is no confirmation if Sajid is actually in love. As such, this may just have been a unique social media interaction spanning borders.
