Not Aashiqui 3, Triptii Dimri to romance Kartik Aaryan in Anurag Basu’s next

After enthralling the audience as ‘Zoya’ in Ranbir Kapoor’s ‘Animal’, the stunning Triptii Dimri is currently one of the most sought-after actresses in the film industry.  India’s national crush is on a film signing spree with back-to-back films in her kitty.

Latest reports suggest that Triptii has signed another new film with India’s heartthrob Kartik Aaryan. Yes, you read that right! The two stunning actors are all set to set the big screen on fire with their sizzling chemistry.

Well, they are already working together in the horror-comedy Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. Helmed by Anees Bazmee, the horror comedy went on floors earlier this year. Now, the buzz is that the two actors have already signed their second film together and the movie will be directed by acclaimed director Anurag Basu.

The good news was spilled by producer and T-Series honcho Bhushan Kumar in an interview. However, Bhushan revealed that ‘Aashiqui 3’ was not on the clouds currently and the two actors will be working on a new film together.

“We are not making Aashiqui 3 right now. The team is working on another film that is expected to go on floors by July. It’ll be directed by Anurag Basu,” Bhushan told Zoom TV.

He further added, “The name ‘Aashiqui’ is not there for this film. When we were making Aashiqui 3, it was not working out. So, now we are making another romantic movie, which Anurag Dada is directing. Kartik and Triptii are a part of it.”

On the professional front, Kartik Aaryan is waiting for the release of his upcoming movie Chandu Champion and is also shooting for Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. Triptii on the other hand is gearing up for the release of her upcoming movie ‘Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video’ opposite Rajkummar Rao.
