KGF 2 has become one of the biggest blockbusters of all time in India, and every day the movie is creating new history and reaching milestones. The success of this sequel can be compared to what Baahubali 2 achieved across India and gave Prabhas pan India and worldwide recognition. And now, Yash has also become a pan-India star which is why the expectations from this Kannada superstar have escalated beyond limits.
Hence, Yash now needs to make sure that his next move or the movie should be good enough to fulfill the high expectations of his fans worldwide. Reportedly, the actor has already committed dates for a movie to be helmed by Kannada director Narthan in which he will be playing the role of a naval officer. This action thriller is backed by Hombale Films, the same production which bankrolled Prashanth Neel’s KGF franchise. Zee Studios has also joined Hombale Films as a producer of this upcoming movie of Yash.
Reportedly, Bollywood producers are also making a beeline at the house of Yash to sign him for new B-town projects. But it seems he is not yet prepared to sign a typical Hindi movie and is taking some time to think over it. And it can be a good idea to wait and watch instead of jumping into the fray. Looking at the disastrous fate of Prabhas’ movies Saaho and Radhe Shyam post-Baahubali 2’s success, it would be better for Yash to take it easy as not all movies can become big hits like KGF.
Importantly, after giving his all for the sequel and its promotions, now Yash aka Rocky Bhai wants to take a break from work and spend more time with his family before kicking off the shooting for his next flick.
