A day ago Vidyut Jammwal shared his naked clicks from the deep Himalayan forests. The clothless actor could be seen cooking and taking a dip in the cool, pool of water in the forest. In his post, the Bollywood star penned that he has been doing this activity for 14 years and spending 7 to 10 days in the deep forest all alone with only the pristine nature as his company.

While a few unaware netizens slammed him and compared the clicks with those of Ranveer Singh and Urfi Javed, a few knew exactly what this meant. Such type of activity is technically a part of the Naked Mirror Test in modern times.

However, in ancient times, staying naked and all alone was a process to know your mind and body inside out and accordingly bring changes to lead a better life. And that is why Vidyut Jammwal is practising, an activity to increase his energy levels positively.

In his post, the Commando fame actor penned, “Coming into the wilderness from a life of luxury and adulation, I enjoy finding my solitude and realising the importance of knowing “Who I am Not“ which is the first step of knowing “WHO AM I “as well as fending for myself in the quiet luxuries provided by nature.”

That is one important reason for living without any luxuries all alone amidst nature’s glory. But going naked or testing you in the mirror requires a lot of confidence and it also has its benefits.

Naked Mirror Test and its benefits

Being naked is accepting the truth about the way you look. You cannot strip down in public life, not even at home where your family, or maids, servants, and children surround you. But when in the wilderness there is no one to look at you, it can be done easily.

Getting comfortable with the way you physically boosts confidence, and helps you to understand your flaws, and work towards getting over them. Although not everyone can go into the wilderness to live naked for a few days (which works well) you can do the mirror exercise at home by getting naked and staring at yourself in the mirror for at least 5 minutes.

Write down things that you love and do not like about yourself and thus you start getting aware of what to work on when it comes to both your body and mind. The naked mirror test is good for both your physical and emotional well-being.
