Naga Chaitanya-Sobhita Dhulipala not to marry soon; here's why

Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala got engaged on the auspicious date of August 8 which happens to be the day when the Lion’s Portal Gate opens. While the rumours about the two dating each other have been around for the last couple of years, it was a big surprise for everyone when Nagarjuna informed about the engagement on his social media page.

Revealing details about Chay and Sobhita’s engagement, the Southern superstar said that it all happened in the spur of the moment and was not planned. Now that Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala are engaged their fans are expecting them to announce their wedding date soon. However, it seems they are not in the mood to tie the knot anytime soon. Revealing the same Nagarjuna said, “They did not plan for this. But they are busy with their careers right now and would like to take some time before getting wedded.”

He also added that they are not in the mood to get married anytime soon. In another interview, the Shiva actor said that he has known Sobhita for the last 6 to 7 years but Chay came to know her in the last two years. Nagarjuna had first seen Sobhita in Adivi Sesh's Goodachari and had liked her work. After that, he had many discussions regarding cinema with Sobhita, and to him, she seemed to be a well-informed girl.

Speaking about how the divorce from Samantha Ruth Prabhu affected Naga Chaitanya, Nagarjuna said that his son was very much depressed and unhappy. The famous South Indian actor said that his son does not show feelings to anyone but he knew that Chay was unhappy and believes that he has found happiness once again with Sobhita.

Nagarjuna is glad that Sobhita and Chay have found each other and also said that the two love each other dearly. As a father, Nagarjuna said that he is happy for his son.
