Captioning the video, she wrote, “When your coach is in beast mode but you’re in flight mode.”
This is not the first time the actress has added a dose of laughter to her fitness journey. Previously, she shared a cycling workout video with a witty caption, asking, “What did sushi A say to sushi B?” before answering, “What’s up B…..”

Beyond her engaging social media presence, Mrunal is gearing up for an exciting lineup of films.
Mrunal is currently filming Dacoit, where she stars alongside Adivi Sesh and Anurag Kashyap. Touted as a gripping pan-India drama, the film follows the story of a convict seeking revenge against his ex-girlfriend who betrayed him. Directed by Shaneil Deo, Dacoit is produced by Supriya Yarlagadda and co-produced by Suniel Narang under Annapurna Studios.
Another exciting project on her slate is Son of Sardaar 2, in which she shares the screen with Ajay Devgn. The film, directed by Vijay Kumar Arora, went on floors last year in Scotland and is slated for release on July 25, 2025. While the original 2012 film featured Sonakshi Sinha, reports suggest she won’t be part of the sequel.
