Mehreen Qazi praises hubby Athar Aamir Khan’s work

Dr. Mehreen Qazi, wife of IAS Athar Aamir Khan, is quite active on social media and often shares pictures on Instagram. Whatever she posts, it goes viral in no time. 

Mehreen Qazi on Monday night took to share the pictures of the newly renovated Srinagar’s PoloView High Street while praising her husband Athar Aamir Khan for his work.

In the picture, the new PoloView High Street in Srinagar city redeveloped under Srinagar Smart City Project can be seen which is the first completely pedestrian & wire-free market in the city.

Earlier, Athar Aamir also had the share the transformation pictures of the street on his official handle and the Srinagar Smart City projects are being executed.

Sharing the pictures, Athar wrote, “PoloView High Street, out first completely pedestrian & wire free market in #Srinagar city redeveloped under Srinagar Smart City Project, getting ready to welcome you. Universal access, separate underground sewerage & drainage networks, Underground electricity & communication lines, conservation & heritage facade improvmnt of buildings, public conveniences, public bicycle sharing facilities all part of it. This street is now exclusively pedestrian. For traffic a new road has been build on the rear side of the market connecting MA Road & the Residency Road. This is the glimpse of how Srinagar Smart City projects have been designed and are being executed!”

Notably, Athar Aamir Khan who is the Municipal Commissioner of Srinagar and CEO, of Srinagar Smart City Limited has been working relentlessly to redevelop Srinagar under the Smart City projects.
