Telugu Superstar Mahesh Babu will grace the finale episode of the popular Telugu talk show Unstoppable hosted by veteran actor Nandamuri Balakrishna.
A promo of the episode was recently shared by the OTT platform Aha on which the show airs. In the video, an unseen side of Mahesh can be seen.
Mahesh looked dapper in a simple blue hoodie and jeans. He is seen revealing some shocking and interesting revelations about his personal and professional life.
During the interaction, he spoke about how the birth of his son, Gautham, led him on the journey to work for children with heart problems.
Mahesh, who appears to be very reserved and poised, was seen breaking down during the show remembering his son's birth. However, this incident made him think about other children who cannot afford the treatment which lead him to work for such children to provide the best medical facilities for them.
“Gautham (Mahesh’s son) was born six weeks before as a premature baby. When I first held him, he was just as big as my palm. Now, Gautham is almost 6 ft tall. We had the money so we could take care of Gautham but what about those who couldn’t afford it. I always wanted to do something for children. That’s how this thought of working with children was born,” said Mahesh.
Notably, Mahesh Babu who is known for his philanthropy had sponsored 1,000 heart surgeries for needy children since the incident.
On a lighter note, in the video, Mahesh can be seen describing Gautham as a cat while his daughter Sitara is a brat.
For the unversed, Mahesh Babu has tied the knot with actor Namrata Shirodkar in 2005 and they both are parents to a son and a daughter. He often shares pictures and videos of his kids on his social media accounts.
