Bringing an end to all speculations and buzz and fuelling excitement, Hombale Films has made the BIG ANNOUNCEMENT that everyone was eagerly waiting for. On Saturday, Hombale Films unveiled the first look of Mahavatar Narsimha, the first part of its planned Mahavatar Series.

Bringing an end to all speculations and buzz and fuelling excitement, Hombale Films has made the BIG ANNOUNCEMENT that everyone was eagerly waiting for. On Saturday, Hombale Films unveiled the first look of Mahavatar Narsimha, the first part of its Mahavatar Series.

Unveiling the first look, for the caption, Hombale Films wrote, "When Faith is Challenged, He Appears. In a World torn apart by Darkness and Chaos... Witness the Appearance of the Legend, The Half-Man, Half-Lion Avatar-Lord Vishnu's Most Powerful Incarnation." (sic)

Further, the post read, "Experience the Epic Battle between Good and Evil in 3D. Coming soon to Theatres near you!" (sic)

Making the BIG ANNOUNCEMENT, Hombale Films cleared the airs that Mahavatar Narsimha is the first tale of the Mahavatar Series.

"#MahavatarNarsimha is the First Tale of the #Mahavatar Series," he post read. (sic)

The first look shows a huge image of Lord Narasimha standing infront of a warrior, seemingly the Demon King Hiranyakashyap.

Later, the makers dropped a nation poster of the new flick.

While Ashwin Kumar is the screenplay writer and director, the movie is bankrolled by Shilpaa Dhawan, Kushal Desai and Chaitanya Desai under Kleem Productions. Sam CS will compose the music and background score for the movie, based on Hindu Mythology.

However, more information about the series and movie couldn't be obtained.

The movie will be released simultaneously in Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam languages, with a pan-India target.

While the first glimpse of Mahavatar Narsimha has elated everyone, the announcement of the Mahavatar Series has filled excitement among all. With this, the production banner promises more such films based on Hindu Mythology.

Earlier on Friday, Hombale Films dropped an intriguing poster of a hand with a caption reading, "When faith is challenged, He Appears!!" (sic)

Soon after the first poster was dropped by the makers, fans started making various speculations. While some opined it could be Rishab Shetty's look in Kantara: Chapter 1, a few others claimed it to be the announcement about Prabhas' new project, as Darling recently signed a three-film deal with Hombale Films.

Now, as the first look has been unveiled, all the rumours and speculations will be put to rest.
