Kriti Sanon buys lavish 2,000sqft premium plot in Alibaug

‘Heropanti’ actress Kriti Sanon has bought a 2,000 sqft plot at realty firm ‘The House of Abhinandan Lodha’s (HoABL)’ premium project at Alibaug in Maharashtra. The property worth over Rs 2 crore is located about 60 minutes from South Mumbai by sea.

Recently, Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan, lovingly called Big B, also acquired a 10,000 sqft plot in the same project in Alibaug. He had also earlier invested with HoABL at The Sarayu in Ayodhya where he bought a 10,000 sqft plot.

“Buying land on my own has been quite an empowering journey and I have had my eyes on Alibaug, for a while. I was pretty clear about what I was looking for – peace, privacy, and a great investment addition to my portfolio,” Kriti was quoted saying.

“Even my father is impressed with my investment. It is a prime location, less than 20 minutes away from Mandwa jetty, right in the heart of Alibaug, so this opportunity checked all the boxes. There is no better time to invest in Alibaug than now!” Kriti added.

The actress wearing many hats had launched her skincare brand ‘Hyphen’ earlier. The ‘Mimi’ actress has transformed her love for beauty into a business venture in partnership with PEP Technologies, the parent company of mCaffeine.

On the professional front, Kriti was last seen in Crew alongside Kareena Kapoor and Tabu. The bubbly beauty has several other projects in her kitty including films like ‘Kannappa’, Suriya’s ‘Kanguva’, NBK109 and many others.
