Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani continue to grab the limelight as more pictures from their wedding in Rajasthan keep on surfacing online. Nevertheless, there is one more thing that has become the talk of B-town and can be a landmark deal for the couple. Reportedly, Sid and Kiara have signed a 3 movie multi-crore deal with Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions.
Undoubtedly, Sid and Kiara make one of the best pairs of the current lot as was evident in their movie-Shershaah. Moreover, their pair has also received a lot of love from the audience. Now Karan Johar is a producer with an eye for business and wants to encash this popularity. That is why he is planning to introduce a Dulhaniya-style franchise with this young married couple along the lines of what he did with Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt.
The earlier franchise had movies like Badrinath Ki Dulhaniya and Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhaniya helmed by Shashank Khaitan starring Alia and Varun as the lead pair. The Dharma boss is expected to make an official announcement related to the same soon and it is expected that earlier movies from this rom-com franchise will be directed by the Dhadak director.

Incidentally, Karan wants these movies to be the first for Kiara and Sidharth Malhotra as the lead pair after getting married. Both Kiara and Sidharth also have other projects in the pipeline. Sidharth is an important part of the Indian Police Force web series directed by Rohit Shetty and will be focusing on the same after his marriage.
His last release was Mission Majnu with Rashmika Mandanna which hit the OTT and received a mixed response. Kiara Advani also has Satyaprem Ki Katha with the current heartthrob Kartik Aaryan and RC15 with Southern superstar Ram Charan.
