After the stupendous success of Salaar, fans are eagerly waiting for Rebel star Prabhas to return as ‘Deva’ in the second part of the film. The Rebel star, who is currently busy shooting for Kalki and Raja Saab, will soon start shooting for Salaar 2.
Meanwhile, reports suggest that the gorgeous Kiara Advani is playing a pivotal role in the film. As per a report in Siasat.com, Kiara Advani may be roped in to play a ‘significant role’ in the movie, details about which are not known as of now.
While the actress is rumoured to be playing the female lead in the film, others suggest that she is likely to feature in a special song with Prabhas. However, it should be noted here that there has been no official confirmation in this regard.
Neither Prabhas nor Kiara Advani has confirmed the reports as of now.
Worth mentioning, Shruti Haasan played the female lead in Salaar Part 1: Ceasefire that earned over Rs 700 crore at the global box office. The Prashant Neel-directorial will majorly focus on the impact of the political scenario in Khansaar due to the two best friends – Prabhas (Salaar) and Prithviraj (Varadha Rajamanar), who will be turning biggest enemies.
Apart from Salaar 2, Prabhas also has ‘Animal’ and ‘Arjun Reddy’ fame director Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s ‘Spirit’. On the other hand, Kiara Advani is going to play a pivotal role in Ranveer Singh’s ‘Don 3’.
