South director Prashanth Neel has made it to the A-listed directors following the tremendous success of KGF Chapter 2. While movie lovers and fans of Yash are going crazy and the entire team is celebrating the mammoth success, all eyes are on the updates for KGF Chapter 3.
Now that the makers have confirmed that the third installment of the KGF franchise is happening, everyone is eagerly waiting for the official updates amid the circulating rumours on social media.
During a recent interview with Galatta Plus, helmer Neel revealed several secrets behind the making of KGF- from its story to selecting each of the actors who would perfectly fit into the shoes of the characters. Neel also hinted at KGF Chapter 3 which will certainly pacify those anxiously waiting for the updates.
KGF Chapter 3, its making and release: Know what Neel said
Everyone must have it in their memory that the post-credit sequence of KGF Chapter 2 gave a glance of a file named KGF Chapter 3 final draft when Rocky's crimes in the United States of America were being investigated following his 'death' in the climax of the second installment.
When asked if the glance was just a tease or if there is a possibility of the third installment, Neel said, "There is definitely a possibility of Chapter 3. That also comes out of compulsion. People have loved this world, they've loved this character and we are gonna keep it going. We don't know when, but we are gonna keep it going".
He further said, "We had an idea for it for a long time but right now we just wanna take a big break from KGF and we will definitely come back to make that."
Before spilling the beans about KGF 3, Neel also revealed some of the unknown things that the fans were anxious about.
Why did Yash get the name Rocky?
As earlier speculated, Neel opted to give Rocky as Yash's nickname in the movie as Kannada movie Rocky was a blockbuster of the Rocking Star and he gained fame after that.
Why did Prakash Raj replace Anant Nag as the narrator?
Talking about replacing Anant Nag with Prakash Raj as the narrator, Neel said, "Anant sir didn't want to do the second installment, so, I had to improvise." Even, Neel didn't further comment on why Nag wasn't interested in being a part of the second installment.

A recent picture of Neel with Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan, Raghavendra Rao, Nani, Dulquer and Nag Ashwin is spreading on the internet like a wildfire. Fans are quite elated to see all these biggies in one frame.
As per recent reports, Neel and Prabhas are quite busy with Salaar. Fans need to wait till Neel wraps up Salaar to get updates on KGF 3. Even it could get delayed till the release of Salaar.
