KGF Chapter 2 May Clash With Aamir Khan-Kareena Kapoor's Project

Rocking star Yash starrer KGF Chapter 2 is one of the most anticipated movies. Fans are eagerly waiting for the movie's release, however, the makers of the movie have pushed the film's release to April  14, 2022, anticipating rush at the box office.

Despite the makers' efforts to avoid a clash with other movies at the box office, it seems unavoidable now as  Aamir Khan‘s Lal Singh Chaddha, which was announced for February 2022, is now being pushed to April 2022 for release, according to media reports.

So, if Aamir Khan‘s Lal Singh Chaddha releases in April 2022, it will surely affect the business of Yash's KGF 2. Also, the screen share of KGF 2 in the northern states will be affected if the two movies are released in the same week or back to back weeks.  

Even though Aamir Khan‘s Lal Singh Chaddha's release date is yet to be announced, KGF makers are hoping that Aamir's movie release in a safe distance from KGF 2 so that both the movies don't suffer.

Given the craze of KGF Chapter 1, makers are confident of the movie raking in the moolah at the box office but they reportedly don't want to take any chance and are eagerly waiting for Lal Singh Chaddha's release date given the fact that Aamir Khan's stardom is unmatchable and how his association with a movie itself is testament to its success.

So, if KGF 2 and Lal Singh Chaddha clash at the box office, it will be a loss for both the movies for sure.

Both the movies are multi starrer - KGF 2 along with Yash has an ensemble star cast consisting of Sanjay Dutt as the main antagonist, Raveena Tondon, Prakash Raj and Anant Nag while Lal Singh Chaddha apart from Aamir stars Kareena Kapoor, Mona Singh and Naga Chaitanya.
