KGF Chapter 2 heads for another remarkable journey

Kannada origin movie KGF Chapter 2 has been setting new milestones with each passing day. While Rocking Star Yash has become a globally recognized actor with the tremendous success of KGF 2, the movie has began its journey for embarking another remarkable milestone.

On Monday, KGF 2 has crossed the mammoth mark of Rs 1150 crore as its worldwide box office collection.

As per reports, KGF 2 minted Rs 720.31 crore in the first week. Though the figures came down to Rs 223.51 crore in the second week, craze for the sequel part of KGF franchise was quite obvious from the third week collection with Rs   140.55 crore. 

As the movie enters its 4th blockbuster week, the craze doesn't seem to lessen in any way. While the day 1 collection in the 4th week was Rs 11.46 crore, the 2nd day collection was Rs 8.90 crore. However, the 3rd day collection hovered to Rs 24.65 crore and on the 4th day, the movie's ww box office collection was increased to Rs 25.42 crore.

The total WW Box Office collection now stands at Rs 1154.80 crore. With this  the movie has began its journey to script another history of Indian Cinema industry.

Recently, KGF 2 (Hindi version) defeated SS Rajamouli's RRR and Aamitlr Khan's Dangal in terms of collection. Now the movie stands at the second position, a step behind Prabhas' Baahubali 2: The Conclusion's lifetime collection. Considering the running success, it is expected, KGF 2 will soon exceed the lifetime WW Box Office collection of Baahubali 2 and script a history to become the highest grosser Indian cinema.
