She also credited her husband, actor Vicky Kaushal, for his role in offering emotional support and appreciation in her life.
Katrina emphasized the role of physical fitness in maintaining both mental and physical well-being. “I feel better about myself physically and mentally when I’m fit, doing my yoga and cardio,” she said to Vouge India.
