Kangana Ranaut's production house in Bandra
This year has proved very crucial for actress-turned-politician Kangana Ranaut. She recently won the Lok Sabha Elections from the constituency of Mandi in Himachal Pradesh. Moreover, her passion project ‘Emergency’ based on Indira Gandhi is also going to be released on September 6.
The ‘Gangster’ actress has been terrifying in Parliament and is giving it back to the Opposition in style.
Amidst all this, the latest reports suggest that Kangana is selling off her bungalow in Bandra, Mumbai.
As per a report in Bollywood Hungama, a YouTube page ‘Code Estate’ put up a video that Kangana has put up her Bandra bungalow for sale.
As per the video, the plot size is 285 meters while the construction area of the bungalow is 3042 sqft. It has a ground floor and two floors. The video tour makes it clear that the entire property is aesthetically done.
It even has a red-themed soundproof editor’s room on the 1250 sqft first floor. The host also mentions that the property is being sold for a whopping Rs 40 crores. Although the host didn’t name the celebrity, the tour of the video makes it clear that the bungalow belongs to Kangana.
Seeing the video, it is very easy to guess the bungalow because it was in the news when BMC partly demolished in 2020 for alleged illegal extensions. No comments could be obtained from Kangana Ranaut in this regard.
