Solo star power, No Khans or Khandaan
While other leading actresses of today like Deepika Padukone and Alia Bhatt have just one or two solo- movies to their name, Kangana has been doing it in almost all the movies. Importantly, most of her movies are not from big banners like YRF or SLB, or with big heroes like Khans or Akshay Kumar or Hrithik Roshan.

She dared to refuse a big offer from YRF
YRF had offered her the role of female lead opposite Salman Khan which she turned down because Kangana believed that there was nothing much for her in that role which later on was done by Anushka Sharma. This irked YRF who decided never to cast Kangana Ranaut in their movies again which can be said a big loss for any budding actress. However, that has not stopped the Tanu Weds Manu actress from taking such risks again and again.
Going public about her affair with Hrithik Roshan
That was one big daring as Hrithik Roshan belongs to a big Bollywood family and a word against him was sure to be slammed by the A-listed Bollywood gang. From Javed Akhtar to Karan Johar, many big names in Bollywood grouped up against her when Kangana Ranaut said that she had an affair with the Greek God of Bollywood which Hrithik vehemently has kept on denying.
Fighting for justice for SSR
The death of Sushant Singh Rajput triggered a big debate related to nepotism on social media and it was Kangana who kept on slamming, criticizing, and accusing Bollywood for indirectly causing the sudden death of SSR. She accepted openly her drug addiction in the initial stage of her career, revealed her struggles when she was in a relationship with Aditya Pancholi, and how she fought all her shortcomings to emerge successful.
Her tryst with Sanjay Raut and demolishment of her Mumbai office
Corona pandemic was also the time when Kangana had a serious fight with Shiv Sena's topmost leader Sanjay Raut. A part of her office in Mumbai was demolished by the officials of BMC, but still Kangana continued to fight and later was offered special security by the Indian government after she started receiving threats.
