Jacqueline Fernandez celebrates her B’day today: Know about her latest movies and controversies

Sri Lankan beauty Jacqueline Fernandez celebrates her birthday today. The actress in the last few months has been more in the news for her alleged involvement with conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar than her movies. Her comments and involvement with Sukesh have also dragged her into a legal battle with Bollywood dance icon Nora Fatehi who has accused the Bollywood actress of naming her purposely in the Sukesh controversy.

Nora has registered a case against Jacqueline saying that the latter has tried to defame her. From the ED naming her an accused in a Sukesh-involved money laundering case to the court finally granting her an interim bail things have not been good at a personal level for Jacqueline. Owing to these notorious developments she has also been dropped from a few movie projects including a South Indian movie The Ghost featuring Nagarjuna.

Jacqueline’s career turns a new leaf finally

The beauty queen started her journey as a model and then ventured into Bollywood with Aladin alongside Riteish Deshmukh. Since then it has been a roller coaster ride for the actress as she did have a few hits and more misses. Her linkup with Sajid Khan gave her a break in the Housefull franchise. Jacqueline’s biggest hit to date is Kick with Salman Khan directed by Sajid Nadiadwala although her presence in Race 2 and the song “Lat lag gayi” has also been a chartbuster.

The good news is that after a long time, Jacqueline has been offered two projects, both with big superstars. She will be a part of Welcome 3 featuring Akshay Kumar, Sanjay Dutt, and Arshad Warsi, and Kick 2 with Salman Khan.

She has good chemistry with both of these superstars.
