Is Abhishek Bachchan planning politics debut? Know recent updates

Reports of Bollywood actor Abhishek Bachchan joining politics is doing rounds since a few days after some Samajwadi Party workers allegedly surveyed Prayagraj to analyse the Dasvi actor’s popularity and suitability as a candidate for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. 

Meanwhile, several speculate that after his father Amitabh Bachchan, and mother Jaya Bachchan, Jr Bachchan is planning to try his luck in politics. 

However, the latest report suggests that the Dhoom actor loves acting wholeheartedly and is deeply committed to his profession.

Even a report published by Bollywood Hungama states that the rumours about him joining politics have left Jr Bachchan amused as he has no desire to enter into politics.

Apart from his passion for acting, the Guru actor has also a great interest in sports and he also owns a team of the Pro Kabaddi League franchise team, Jaipur Pink Panthers. Moreover, he also is the co-owner of Chennaiyan FC in the Indian Super League.

Though Abhishek Bachchan won the hearts of movie lovers with his powerful performance in Dasvi, a social comedy-drama that narrates the transformation of a corrupt and uneducated politician, he has no plans for a political debut as of now.
