Amid the ongoing political crisis in Pakistan and the ouster of Imran Khan, Reham Khan today took a dig at the former Pakistan Prime Minister while advising him to start a career in acting.

The ex-wife of the former Pakistan Prime Minister, Reham mocked Imran for praising India as a "khuddar quam (very self-respecting people)" while referring to the "foreign conspiracy" claims and said  he (Imran) should try his hand in Bollywood.

"He became emotional. I feel that India should make some space for him. Maybe in Bollywood. I believe he can give an Oscar-winning performance," she said to a Pak reporter.

On being questioned if he should be given a role of a hero or a villain in Bollywood, she said, "That depends on him. In Bollywood, heroes become villains and villains become more popular. But I feel he also has comedic talent... If nothing else, you know Paaji’s (Navjot Sidhu’s) place is vacant in The Kapil Sharma Show. And now, he is also into shero-Shayari (Urdu couplets). He should join the show."

Imran Khan was ousted from power through a no-confidence vote in the parliament with 174 members of the 342-member National Assembly voting against him in a high political drama.
