Hrithik Roshan saved from getting trolled for 'girly choice' during shooting of Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham! Watch

2001's Hindi family drama Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham (K3G), written and directed by ace filmmaker Karan Johar is remembered as a classic flick. Its ensemble cast included Amitabh Bachchan, Jaya Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol, Hrithik Roshan and Kareena Kapoor (Khan) with Rani Mukerji in an extended cameo. This iconic Bollywood flick was a major commercial success. Be it Shah Rukh Khan aka Rahul's entry, his first meeting with Kajol aka Anjali, Rahul's reunion with Nandini aka Jaya Bachchan or Pooja aka Kareena Kapoor's introduction, there are several memorable scenes in the movie that fans still remember. 

However, do you remember the stylish and impressive entry of grownup Rohan in college and bumping into Poo aka Pooja and his brilliant performance in the 'Deewana Hai Dekho' song?

Well, among the many memorable scenes in the movie, this scene certainly has a different fanbase. However, Hrithik was on the verge of getting brutally trolled for one of his costumes used during the song. However, a British woman saved Duggu from getting trolled and suggested he get decked up as a stud and not in a 'girly' costume.

Recently, a video clip from the sets of Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham at King's College, London, surfaced on social media. Hrithik seems to be all set for the song sequence. However, the British woman asks, "What are you doing in the scene?"

To this, Duggu replies, "Dancing. No, I'm just walking, she (Kareena) is dancing."

Next, the woman asks, "Is she your girlfriend in it?"

"Not yet, just about to become," replies Hrithik.

Next, the woman says, "Oh, just by the way you walk?"

Hrithik laughs and says, "Just by the way I walk."

Further, the woman says, "Just by wearing that girly T-shirt?"

"Actually, that's why I'm not wearing it now," quips Duggu.

Further, the woman continues to say that maybe in India they wear such clothes. However, she opted to remain quiet and Hrithik's expression seemed to alter. But, she couldn't stop herself and continued that she can imagine the T-shirt on a girl,  "Not on any girl, on a butch girl."

Later, when Hrithik pulled over a black leather jacket, the woman loudly said, "Yeah, that's much better."

Well, such criticism on his face changed Hrithik's mind and he opted to change the costume. However, pulling over the jacket was indeed a better choice.

The video shared on X by Narsa has gone viral on social media. The caption for the post read, "That day she saved Hrithik from being a chapri." (sic)

The video has been viewed by over 405K users and liked by over 5.4K users. The comments section is also flooded with hilarious comments.
