Hrithik Roshan and Sussanne Khan are still 'soulmates'!
Bollywood superstar Hrithik Roshan broke the hearts of numerous girls and tied the knot with his childhood sweetheart Sussanne Khan in 2000. However, after enjoying marital bliss for 14 years and becoming parents of two sons (Hrehaan and Hridaan), they ended their marriage. Well, Sussanne's brother Zayed Khan recently made a surprising revelation. He said that Hrithik and Sussanne are still 'soulmates', despite the divorce.
Hrithik Roshan and Sussanne Khan ended their 11 years ago. However, despite the split, the duo has maintained a cordial relationship and prioritised co-parenting their sons, ensuring a happy dynamic for their kids' sake. While Hrithik has been dating Saba Azad since 2022, Sussane is in a relationship with Arslan Goni. Interestingly, Hrithik, Saba, Sussanne and Arslan share a positive and friendly bond. They are often seen together at social events, parties and vacations.
Recently, Zayed Khan reflected on their 'modern family' dynamic and revealed why his sister and her ex-husband share a healthy bond.
During a conversation with Siddharth Kanan, Zayed said, "If you take everything else out of the equation, what’s the most important thing that you have with your partner? Trust. Understanding. And compatibility, in some sort of way. If you haven’t taken that and put it on a higher pedestal than everything else, then there’s something just blatantly wrong."
Further, he explained, "I mean, did you get married for fame? Did you get married for money? If you got married for all of these things, then you’re bound to have massive, massive problems, especially at the time of a divorce. But if you met your soulmate, right? You married your soulmate. Okay. And things went on. Water went under the bridge. Your soulmate is still there."
Zayed went on to add, "I don’t know about everybody else. But for us, we are highly evolved in understanding such situations. And quite honestly, I don’t care what anybody else thinks. We are happy that everybody is happy. We were a good family. We have children to look forward to. We’ve got so many better things to look forward to than all this."
