Hrithik Roshan fell from 200 ft height during Krrish's shoot, here's what happened next

Bollywood superstar Hrithik Roshan, recently, completed 25 years in the Indian film industry and has proven his versatility as an actor. However, above all roles, his performance as superhero Krrish remains unmatched. The announcement of Krrish 4 has filled high excitement among all. Well, fans are aware that during the shoot of Krrish in Singapore, Hrithik almost 'fell to death' from 200 ft height. Here's what happened after that.

In the docu-series 'The Roshans', streaming on Netflix, Hrithik, Rakesh and Sham Kaushal have revealed what actually happened after that.

Recalling the horrific incident, veteran stunt coordinator and action director Sham Kaushal said, "We were shooting in Singapore, with him running over the cars, crossing bridges, to chase the villain who is escaping in a helicopter. Here's an anecdote..." (in Hindi)

"In a Singapore centre, there's an eating joint, sort of market and it's quite a tall building...Hrithik had to climb atop that and run there. There was a harness...wire in place. Hrithik was practising up there. And suddenly, right in front of our eyes, as Rakesh ji and I looked on, he slipped off from there." he added.

Next, it was the director and Hrithik's father, Rakesh Roshan, who narrated the incident. He said, "And, before I could stand up, the cable snapped and he fell."

Further, Hrithik described what happened next. He said, "A little shop on the main street had opened a canopy. And I fell right in the centre.  I didn't even hit the rods...that was separating the..."

Rakesh added, "And, I was stunned. My heart just stopped."

Duggu continued, "I disappeared behind the tree. So, my dad thought...'He's gone...' As soon as I realised what had happened, I did a physical scan in my head, you know...'Do I feel pain? Am I okay? I'm fine?' Then I put my hand up and I informed the crew that I am okay."

After the horrific incident, when Rakesh told the crew to pack up as it was already 3.30 pm and the accident had left him shattered, Hrithik said, "No papa. If we pack up today, this fear will remain in me."

The next day when Hrithik went up on the cables, the fear was lurking.

"It was very hard to take it from here and shove it behind me. I think, what helped was the vision of that shot," added Hrithik.

Well, Krrish is among Hrithik's best movies and will ever remain as this movie gave India a superhero on the big screens.
