Here is a list of web series and movies which are going to be released in the first week of May that you can binge-watch.

Thar

The film is set in the backdrop of the 80s, the movie narrates the story of antique dealer Siddharth who resides in Pushkar, Rajasthan and end-up in the investigation after a series of violent killings in the area. The film will see father-son duo Anil Kapoor and Harshvardhan Kapoor sharing screen space for the second time after AK vs AK.  Helmed by  Shaadistan fame director Raaj Singh Chaudhary, this thriller mystery also stars Fatima Sana Seikh and Satish Kaushik.

Home Shanti

Home Shanti tells the story of Joshi family who are on a mission of building their first house, after spending decades living in government-allocated quarters. Supriya Pathak and Manoj Pahwa led comedy series is a heartfelt and endearing drama which will strike a chord with every middle-class family.

Jhund

Jhund tells the inspirational story of Vijay Barse, a real-life hero and founder of Slum Soccer, an organisation that works for the wellbeing and development of children from underprivileged backgrounds with an acumen to play football. Amitabh Bachchan starrer this sports drama is helmed by 'Sairat' fame Nagraj Manjule. The film also stars Akash Thosar, Rinku Rajguru and Ankush Gedam in key roles.

Baked Season 3

Baked is back with the third season which revolves around three university flatmates who decided to start a midnight food delivery service. This series will show the adventurous journey of the trio who take a break from their mundane routine and go to the hill for a vacation. Pranay Manchanda, Shantanu Anam, Manik Papneja, and Kriti Vij star in lead roles.

Radhe Shyam

After the digital release of the Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada versions of Prabhas and Pooja Hegde-starrer Radhe Shyam, the Hindi version of the film will finally release on Netflix this week.

The film revolves around the story of Vikramaditya, played by Prabhas, an expert palmist who can predict everything — even the minutest details of someone’s death who must question everything he believes when he falls for a doctor with an uncertain future.

Stories on the next page

Directed by debutant director Brinda Mitra's this micro-anthology film explores three original stories with the common theme of closure. Each story explores a different relationship, their respective conflicts and how closure brings an end to a chapter of their lives while also ushering in a new one, to be written on the next page. The film has a stellar star cast including Abhishek Bannerjee, Ditipriya Roy, Namit Das, Bhupendra Jadawat, Veebha Anand, Renuka Shahane, Rajeshwari Sachdev and Syed Raza.

Saani Kaayidham

Filmmaker Arun Matheswaran's revenge action-drama 'Saani Kaayidham', starring Keerthy Suresh and Selvaraghavan in lead roles, is heading for direct OTT release.

Saani Kaayidham tells the story of a generational curse coming true when injustice is inflicted upon Keerthy Suresh's character of Ponni and her family. Ponni seeks vengeance along with Sangaiah (played by Selvaraghavan), with whom she shares a bitter past.
