HBD SRK: If not an actor, Shah Rukh Khan could have been a scientist! Deets inside
Bollywood Baadshah Shah Rukh Khan is in the pinnacle of success right now. Fans are well aware of SRK's past life, struggles, and journey to stardom. Of course, being an 'outsider' he cemented his place in Bollywood with his sheer hard work. But, did you know, if not an actor, SRK could have been a scientist?
Actor Rahul Dev, who is well known for his powerful onscreen character portrayal, is SRK's schoolmate. During a recent interview, he revealed several lesser-known things about the superstar.
During the interview, Rahul Dev talking about SRK's school days, he said, "He was brilliant in academics. He could have been a scientist."
Recalling their school days, Rahul said, "Our school was the first to introduce computers in the country. There was an aptitude test for that. 20 students were selected. He was amongst the top 20."
Further, shedding light on SRK's school life, he added, "He was a visitor of ours, in musicals. He was a smite in the musicals. He was a lead actor in both of them. And, they were very serious shows. So, he was in theatre from the beginning. He was blessed in his studies as well."
Furthermore, he talked about SRK's sportsmen angle. Rahul said, "I have never seen him second in athletics. He was a 100-meter sprinter. He took a showdown offer as well. He was not a nerd type. Like, he was a boring type, he was not the type to talk in class. He used to do all the work. I mean, the definition and the definition of cool, means, in a complete sense, not frivolous sense."
"You know, not like 'bigdi hui baap ki bigdi hui aulad' type. Nahi, wo nahi. Very very good at... grounded means sensibility means, aise keh sakte hain ki, 'he is a graced child,'" Rahul added.
Well, Rahul Dev indeed made some great revelations about his school mate which very few might be knowing and remembering.
