She has the credit of working with many A-list actors down South. However, a report of Hansika being a victim of the casting couch and a big Tollywood hero forcing her in her early days has stunned everyone.
There were several reports that Hansika was troubled by a particular big Tollywood star who forced her to go on dates with him. The reports soon started going viral following which Hansika has now opened up on the alleged harassment and inappropriate advances.
However, Hansika’s casting couch encounter seems far from the truth. Taking to Twitter, Hansika shared that the reports were baseless. Sharing the report on Twitter, she wrote, “Have not given this quote ever! Stop printing rubbish!!!!”
In a separate tweet, Hansika urged news portals to stop picking up random news on social media and publishing them without fact-checking.
“Publications urging you to cross-check before picking up random news piece! Never made this comment that’s doing the rounds. Please fact-check before publishing blindly,” she tweeted.
On the professional front, the actress has recently wrapped up her upcoming movie ‘Man in Chennai’. She recently was in the news for marrying her longtime beau Sohael Khaturiya who is reportedly the ex-husband of her best friend.
