From Samantha Ruth Prabhu to Neha Dhupia: 8 Indian actors to star in international projects in 2024

Over the years many leading Bollywood actresses have worked in international projects. Starting from Aishwarya Rai Bachchan to Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra Jonas, and very recently Alia Bhatt, many big Bollywood actresses have worked in overseas movies and the number is increasing daily.

Know about the Indian actors who are all set to work on international projects in 2024.

Neha Dhupia

The mother of two is all set to make her international debut in movies with Blue 52 helmed by an Egyptian director El Arabi. The movie revolves around a son and a mother with football being the common topic. Blue 52 has been extensively shot in Qatar, and scenic locations of Kochi and is expected to release in 2024.

Ali Fazal

The Mirzapur fame actor is one Bollywood talent who has been collaborating with both Western and Indian directors in the last few years. His next collaboration is titled Afghan Dreams helmed by two-time Academy Award winner Bill Guttentag. Importantly he would be playing the lead star in this story based on the real-life program started by Afghan tech entrepreneur Roya Mehboob in 2017.

Richa Chadha

Richa is all set to make her international debut with a British Production titled Aaina. For the movie, she will be teaming up with Chronicles of Narnia fame William Mosley.

Adarsh Gaurav

Known for his role in The White Tiger, this young Indian actor was last seen in the Indian project Kho Gaye Hum Kahan. He has been roped in to play an important role in Ridley Scott’s Alien prequel series. This show is expected to hit the OTT platform Hulu in 2024.

Ishaan Khatter

The Dhadak actor is gearing up to make his Hollywood debut with a Netflix series titled The Perfect Couple alongside the famous Hollywood actress Nicole Kidman. Helmed by Susanne Bier, the series will be made in six parts.

Sobhita Dhulipala and Sikander Kher

Both these Indian actors are making an international debut in 2024 with the thriller Monkey Man. It is a directorial debut film by Dev Patel, who gained international popularity with Slumdog Millionaire.

Samantha Ruth Prabhu

The Tollywood star will make her international debut with Arrangements of Love helmed by Philip John. Samantha is to portray the complex character of a Tamil bisexual woman in this film.
