The South Indian movie industry which consists of Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada cinema has succeeded in building a huge fan base across the country. 1. Sita Ramam:

This movie can be called a love story in its purest form. Starring Mrunal Thakur and Dulquer Salmaan, ‘Sita Ramam’ has both mystery and an abundance of sentiments. 2. RRR:

Set during British rule in 1920, this movie tells the tale of two revolutionaries. While the screenplay and story brim over with emotions, Rajamouli - its director reserves a surprise factor in the second half. 3. KGF Chapter 2 :

The sequel to ‘KGF Chapter 1’ has more muscle power and emotions compared to Chapter 1. The character of Rocky, which has been played by Yash, is fiercer and has shades of grey. This film is streaming on Amazon Prime Video currently.

4.  Vikram:

This action-packed thriller is a brilliant comeback of the legendary actor, Kamal Haasan, who takes on the drug mafia. The movie’s initial intrigue builds up to an action-packed film which is packed with thrilling moments throughout. The movie is available on Disney+ Hotstar.
 
5. Rocketry: The Nambi Effect:

This biographical drama revolves around the life of ISRO’s Aerospace Engineer, S. Nambi Narayanan whose life and successful career came to a grinding halt, after he was framed and arrested on espionage charges. R. Madhavan played Nambi Narayanan in the movie which also marks his directorial debut. The movie is currently streaming on Amazon Prime Video.
