Fawad Khan teams up with Riddhi Dogra for Bollywood comeback

Fawad Khan is set to return to Bollywood after his last appearance in Karan Johar's ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’. Fans have been eagerly waiting for his comeback, and now it’s confirmed that Jawan star Riddhi Dogra will star opposite him in an upcoming romantic comedy-drama.

Earlier it was speculated that the Kapoor and Sons star will star opposite Vaani Kapoor in a movie.

However, Fawad Khan will be seen with actor Ridhi Dogra, reported Hindustan Times.

According to a source, the project is still in its early stages. "The paperwork was recently completed, and both Fawad and Vaani have been cast as the lead pair. However, the supporting actors have not been finalized yet. The director's name is also being kept secret," the source shared.

The shooting for this untitled film hasn’t started yet as both Fawad and Vaani are busy with other commitments.  The filming is expected to begin by the end of this year, and the movie is scheduled for release by late next year or early 2026, revealed the inside.

Interestingly, none of the scenes will be shot in India. The entire movie will be filmed abroad, with locations including New York and London. These settings perfectly match the theme of the romantic comedy said the source.
