With several movies in his kitty, actor Emraan Hashmi is now one of the busiest actors in the film industry. He is currently shooting for an upcoming movie in Kashmir.

The cast and crew of his upcoming movie are stationed in Pahalgam of Kashmir for the shooting. However, there were reports that a few miscreants pelted stones on the ‘Jannat’ actor and his crew members.

On September 19, a few reports said that his team was attacked by stone pelters.

"During the ongoing film shooting at Pahalgam, on 18th Sept, at the closing of the shooting at 7:15pm, One miscreant pelted stones at the crew members. Accordingly, FIR was registered at Police Station Pahalgam. The miscreant was identified and arrested," news agency ANI stated quoting a police official of Anantnag.

However, the ‘Murder ‘actor, who is shooting for 'Ground Zero' in Kashmir, rubbished the rumours. He took to his Twitter handle and laid to rest all the rumours about the supposed attack.

"The people of Kashmir have been very warm and welcoming, it has been an absolute joy shooting in Srinagar and Pahalgam. The news of me being injured in a stone pelting incident is inaccurate (sic)," Emraan wrote on Twitter on September 20.

Finally, his fans are breathing a sigh of relief after knowing that the actor was safe. Directed by Tejas Deoskar, Ground Zero will feature Emraan Hashmi and Sai Tamhankar in lead roles. Reportedly, he will play the role of an Army officer in the military drama.

The shooting is progressing at a brisk pace. The makers of the movie already wrapped up the first schedule in Srinagar and have shifted to Pahalgam for the next schedule. The shooting of the movie will continue for another 15 days.
