Emraan Hashmi had ‘worst kiss ever’ with this actress! Here’s how his wife reacted

Bollywood actor Emraan Hashmi turns a year older on March 24. The 44-year-old actor has so far worked in over 45 movies and the anticipation among movie lovers is high for his upcoming Tiger 3 , in which he will be seen sharing screen space with Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif for the first time. 

Though several of his movies in a row have failed to entice movie lovers and also bombed at the box office, Emraan has served several super hit movies in the past including Murder, Jannat, Raaz: The Mystery Continues, Murder 2, The Dirty Picture, Jannat 2 and Raaz 3. Though other movies failed at the box office, Emraan has earned a loyal fan base with his stellar performances.

Moreover, fans remain hopeful of some good songs in his movies. Though the movies turn out to be disasters, Emraan has several hit songs that fans are still in awe of. Even, till date, the songs starring Emraan are chartbusters and can be heard being played at different events. Similarly, every movie lover expected some spicy scenes in the movies starring ‘The Kissing King of Bollywood‘ or ‘Serial Kisser.’

Though Emraan made his debut with Footpath in 2003, he grabbed the headlines with Murder opposite Mallika Sherawat in 2004. The movie was packed with sensual scenes exhibiting the sizzling chemistry between them. However, did you know both the actors were quite the opposite of the onscreen relationship?

Earlier, during an interview, Emraan revealed that he was not on good terms with Mallika. Emraan went on to say that Mallika was the ‘worst kisser’ he has ever worked with. He even admitted that Jacqueline Fernandez was better than Mallika for kissing scenes and Murder 2 was better than Murder. 

It was not just Emraan who quoted the actress as the ‘worst kisser’. Mallika also went on to say that the snake that was seen in Hiss was a better kisser than Emraan. 

How his wife reacts to onscreen kissing scenes?

Fans are well aware that Emraan has a son named Ayaan Hashmi with his wife Parveen Shahani, whom he got married after being in a relationship of 6.5 years. Being in a committed relationship for years and marrying, it is likely that any wife would react for doing such kissing scenes. 

During an old interview in 2016, Emraan revealed that his wife gets sulky and slaps him for making out on screen. 

Emraan was quoted as saying, “She still sulks. She doesn’t hit me as hard now, earlier it used to be with a bag, but now it’s just with the hand. So, she has kind of calmed down over the years.”

In another old interview, Emraan admitted, “I do get slapped around by my wife always after she comes out of the first screenings of my films. Obviously, I expect her not to understand but she knows that these are my professional decisions which I have to comply with.”

Recalling an incident during the screening of Murder, Emraan said that his wife was unaware of the scenes. So, during the screening, she dug her nails into his skin out of anxiety and after the film ended, he had several nail marks on his arms.

Emraan still holds the record for the longest onscreen kiss of 20 minutes duration with Esha Gupta in Raaz 3. However, lately, he has emerged from his ‘Serial Kisser’ image and is focused more on continuing to entice his fans with his acting. Though his recent flick Selfiee, also starring Akshay Kumar, Nushrratt Bharuccha and Diana Penty, couldn’t help Emraan to bounce back, all eyes are on Tiger 3. His loyal fans have pinned high hopes for their matinee Idol with Tiger 3 in which he will be portraying the character of an antagonist and locking horns with Salman.
