'Tera Yaar Hoon Mein...' Ed Sheeran explores Bengal streets with Arijit Singh on scooter, video goes viral

Bollywood playback singer Arijit Singh teamed up with Global pop star Ed Sheeran for the first time at a concert in London on September 15, 2024. The iconic singers duo drove the music lovers crazy with their duet performance. Moreover, the backstage jamming session of the duo was a treat to watch. Well, currently, Ed Sheeran is in India for The Mathematics Tour. After performing two back-to-back shows in Bengaluru, he was seen with Arijit Singh at his hometown Jiaganj in West Bengal's Murshidabad district. A video of the iconic singer-duo has gone viral on social media in which they are seen enjoying a scooter ride without any security arrangements.

Sheeran Explores Arijit's Hometown on Scooter

In the viral video, Arijit Singh is seen riding the scooter and Ed Sheeran is seen sitting behind him. The singers were joined by a few friends with their own scooters. All together, they explore the streets of Arijit's hometown.

As reported by Times of India, Arijit and Ed Sheeran spent five hours together and explored Jiaganj. According to the report, the duo also enjoyed an hour-long boat ride on the Bhagirathi from Shibtala Ghat. The DIG of the area stated that Ed Sheeran had specifically requested not to provide security.

Fans were delighted to see the global star enjoying a simple life like Arijit. Netizens have shared the video massively praising the friendship of the duo. Their bonding certainly reminds Arijit's song 'Tera Yaar Hoon Mein...' from Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety which reflects the friendship bond of Sonu and Titu aka Kartik Aaryan and Sunny Singh.

Sheeran's Performance Interrupted By Police in Bengaluru

Notably, prior to this, another video of Ed Sheeran went wildly viral on social media in which he delighted his fans with an impromptu performance on Church Street in Bengaluru. However, his performance was interrupted in the midway by the police.
