As the Dunki vs Salaar craze is keeping fans hooked, the result of the much-awaited battle is clear now. Without an iota of doubt, Rebel star Prabhas has emerged box office winner while SRK’s Dunki has left fans disappointed.

Despite the dreamy collaboration of Shah Rukh with famed director Rajkumar Hirani who has given all-time blockbuster movies like 3 Idiots, Munna Bhai MBBS, PK, and Sanju, Dunki has failed to meet the expectations of fans.

The film is struggling to even cross the Rs 100 crore mark domestically in three days, while Salaar has reportedly collected a whopping Rs 180 crore globally on its first day. This clash has brought back memories of SRK’s last clash at the box office, coincidentally on the same date and with the same director Prashanth Neel.

Five years ago, in 2018, SRK’s ‘Zero’ clashed with Yash’s KGF: Chapter 1 and tanked at the box office while Rocky Bhai climbed the ladder to success. The failure of ‘Zero’ affected SRK so much that he took a break of five years until the release of Pathaan in 2023.

Now, Dunki vs Salaar has taken us back to where it all started with Zero. SRK has failed to maintain his winning streak of Pathaan and Jawan.

Meanwhile, a throwback video of SRK warning other actors to not clash with him has been going viral. In the viral video, SRK can be heard warning others to not release movies on the same date.

“When your film comes, I promise you my film won’t come 3 weeks before or 3 weeks after. Till then you can be the king and I will bow down. But, don’t ever dare to bring a film with me, you will have to face the consequences,” SRK can be heard saying.

However, the results of Dunki vs Salaar and Zero vs KGF: Chapter 1 have made the ‘moye moye’ of SRK.
