In what could disappoint the fans of Rebel star Prabhas, fresh reports suggest that his upcoming movie ‘Salaar’ has been postponed to 2024. The much-anticipated movie that was supposed to hit the theatres with superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Dunki’ has been postponed to avoid the clash.
Earlier, both Salaar and Dunki were scheduled to release on the same day i.e. on December 22, 2023. While the makers of ‘Dunki’ released Drop 1 on SRK’s birthday, Prabhas fans are super angry that makers of Salaar have not even dropped the teaser of the movie.
A well-known film critic took to X and wrote, “I said this again and again my videos that Salaar won’t clash with Dunki. Makers of Salaar were doing all the drama for publicity. Now, it’s officially confirmed that Salaar will release on 10th January 2024.”
However, there has been no official confirmation in this regard. The makers of ‘Salaar’ have remained tight-lipped about the rumours. Earlier, film director Prashant Neel’s wife had declared that the movie would release on December 22.
The possible clash had literally sparked a war between the fans of Prabhas and Shah Rukh Khan. There was a huge debate online about who would win at the box office clash.
