Don 3: Ranveer Singh's lady lead yet to be locked! Kriti Sanon frontrunner- Reports

Ever since Farhan Akhtar announced Ranveer Singh as the third generation Don after Amitabh Bachchan and Shah Rukh Khan, fans have been waiting for updates on Don 3. While fans were hopeful that Don 3 would soon go on the floors, Kiara Advani's exit from the movie due to her pregnancy left everyone wondering about the project's fate. However, only a week back, a media report surfaced claiming that out of two contenders, Sharvari Wagh surpassed Kriti Sanon and bagged the role of the lady lead. Well, the latest report suggests that the makers haven't yet locked the lady lead for Don 3 and Kriti is very much in the race.

Kriti Sanon To Sign The Dotted Lines Soon!

The latest exclusive report by Pinkvilla suggests that Kriti Sanon is the frontrunner to play the female lead in the action thriller Don 3. According to the entertainment portal, a close source to the development disclosed that Kriti has agreed in principle to play the lady lead opposite Ranveer Singh. The source also revealed that the Crew actress is expected to sign the dotted lines soon.

The close source was quoted as saying that Farhan and the creative team of Excel Entertainment were looking for an experienced actress with a screen presence to cast as Roma in Don 3. And, Kriti fits into the maker's requirements.

Don 3 Major Part To Be Filmed In Europe!

While an official confirmation from the makers is awaited regarding Kriti Sanon coming on board, the report further suggests that Farhan has already done a large part of the location hunt. He will be soon sitting with an international stunt team to discuss the action sequences.

Reportedly, a major portion of Don 3 will be filmed in Europe and the locations have been locked. While Farhan locked the script for Don 3, he is busy polishing the action sequences. The report also suggests that the pre-production work will go on for the next few months and the makers have targets to take the film on floors in October or November 2025.
