Dhoom 4 update: Ranbir Kapoor to have a different look, will start shooting next year!

Bollywood superstar Ranbir Kapoor is currently a busy bee with exciting back-to-back lineups. Currently, RK is working on Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Love & War, also starring Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal, after completing a major portion of Nitesh Tiwari's Ramayana: Part One. Meanwhile, the recent reports of Ranbir entering YRF's Dhoom franchise have elevated the excitement among all. While the Animal actor is reportedly all set to portray the role of an antagonist in Dhoom 4, recently, a fresh update has surfaced about the highly-anticipated movie.

As per the recent reports, Ranbir Kapoor will have a different look for Dhoom 4 and kickstart the shooting in 2026.

According to the report by India Today, Ranbir Kapoor needs to have a different look for Dhoom 4 and will kickstart the shooting after wrapping his existing projects. Expectedly, Dhoom 4 will go on the floors in April 2026.

Further, the report stated that the production team is currently looking to lock in two female leads and an antagonist for the movie. Moreover, the makers are considering roping in a South actor as the antagonist.

If the recent reports are anything to go by, Ranbir Kapoor might not be playing the antagonist in Dhoom 4, which is touted to be a reloaded version. Well, fans need to wait for an official confirmation from the makers.

Apart from Ramayana: Part One, Part Two, Love & War and Dhoom 4, Ranbir Kapoor has Animal Park and Brahmastra: Part Two- Dev. While Animal Park will go on the floors after Sandeep Reddy Vanga wraps up Spirit with Prabhas, Brahmastra 2 is slated for release in December 2026 and Ayan Mukerji may start shooting for the same soon after War 2's release.
