The humongous success of RRR made Jr NTR globally recognised. Jr NTR’s upcoming Devara, also starring Janhvi Kapoor, is one of the most anticipated movies. The excitement among fans for the movie escalated soon after the first look of Jr NTR in the flick was dropped. However, fans have to wait a bit longer as the Devara release date has been postponed.
On Friday, Jr NTR shared a new poster of the film and revealed that the movie has got a new release date. Earlier Devara was scheduled for release on April 5; however, it has been postponed to October.
In the poster, Jr NTR is seen in action with a fierce look. As it seems, the Young Tiger is ready to attack. The caption for the post reads: #Devara Part 1 releasing on 10.10.24. (sic)

Notably, Devara is a high-octane action drama and is planned for release in two parts. The movie also stars Janhvi Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan in pivotal roles. The makers dropped the movie's first teaser in January and movie lovers got a glimpse into the violent world of the flick. Set against the coastal lands, the teaser showed several boats approaching a ship on a cloudy night. As it seems, the boat belongs to a group of pirates who are seen climbing a ship with the help of ropes and dropping the sealed boxes from the ship on the boats.
A bloodbath shore gives a clear glimpse of Jr NTR killing men with a sword and an axe. The Young Tiger then washes his feet in the water which turns red with blood.
The latest update of release date postponement must have left fans disheartened, who were anxiously waiting for the movie’s release. However, the reason behind the postponement remains unclear.
