Chunky Panday breaks silence on Ananya Panday's 'relationship' with Aditya Roy Kapur, says, 'I think it's fine'

The rumours surrounding Ananya Panday and Aditya Roy Kapur's dating each other have been quite abuzz for a long time. Though the duo has never officially confirmed, Ananya and Aditya have several times raised eyebrows with their public appearances together. They have multiple times been spotted together on dates and talked about their dynamics. Moreover, their social media posts and pictures have fuelled the speculations. Even Ananya's father Chunky Panday seems to have approved their relationship.

While earlier Chunky has dropped hints of being okay with their relationship, in a recent interview, finally he broke his silence when asked if he had any issues with Ananya mentioning Aditya's name on different occasions.

During an interview with Lehren, Chunky revealed that he is a nervous father. Moreover, he also admitted feeling paranoid, but not for his daughters, if they ever had boyfriends. 

When the interviewer claimed that they already have boyfriends, Chunky said, "I feel bad for them! I've spoiled them and pampered them so much; they'd expect the same from everyone else."

Further, when he was asked about his feelings on Ananya dating Aditya, the Housefull actor said, "I think it's fine. She's 25, earning more money than me right now, and free to do what she wants. How dare I tell my 25-year-old daughter not to have a boyfriend?"

Further, Chunky was also asked if he was okay with Ananya doing intimate scenes. To this, he responded, "Yes I am fine with it. I have seen it in Hollywood. There is no harm. You have to accept it."

Ananya Panday was last seen in the Netflix release 'Kho Gaye Hum Kahan,' also starring Siddhant Chaturvedi and Adarsh Gourav.
