The ‘josh’ among Indian cine lovers seems to be high as the much-awaited day of Oscars 2023 announcements has finally arrived. While all eyes are on Jr NTR, Ram Charan , SS Rajamouli and RRR, recently, another video has surfaced online that shows two cops in California shaking their legs to the most iconic track ‘Naatu Nattu ’ that has driven movie lovers across the globe crazy.

Both the cops are seen trying to recreate the iconic steps of ‘Naatu Naatu ’ with the Indian Diaspora. As seen in the video, a group of Indians are celebrating Holi on the streets of California. Several adults as well as children are seen dancing to the beats of ‘Naatu Naatu’.

Meanwhile, both the cops sincerely watched them to learn the steps and start shaking their legs. However, as they couldn’t catch the beat, the Indian man standing with them holds them closer and teaches them the iconic steps. And finally, they were able to match the steps performed in the song. 

The video has gone viral with netizens going crazy for it. Shared on Twitter by nenavath Jagan, the video has been viewed over 115K times by now. Moreover, the netizens have flooded the comment box with messages of appreciation.

Notably, ‘Naatu Naatu’ is the first Indian film song to be nominated for an Oscar. The song went on to become a global sensation soon after its release which inspired endless Instagram reels and dance trends on social media. The song won the Golden Globe awards as well as the Critics Choice award for the best song. To level up the craze at the event, the singers of the song are also slated to perform at the Academy Awards, which will be aired on Monday morning in India.
