Border 2: Sunny Deol wraps shoot, shares first glimpse; watch

Upcoming war drama Border 2 has been making waves since its announcement. Helmed by Anurag Singh, the movie features an ensemble cast including Sunny Deol, Varun Dhawan, Ahan Shetty and Diljit Dosanjh in key roles. While Ahan, Varun, and Diljit recently wrapped up a shooting schedule for Border 2, Sunny recently made a big announcement related to the movie.

Mission Accomplished!

On Friday, Sunny Deol took to social media and made the big announcement of wrapping the shoot for Border 2. As Border 2's fauji, he signed off and accomplished his mission. Moreover, he also shared his first glimpse from the movie, triggering excitement among fans.

Taking to social media, the Gadar 2 actor wrote, "Mission Accomplished! Fauji, signing off! My Shoot wrapped for #Border2. Jai Hind!" (sic)

Sunny unveiled his first look from the movie in which he is seen dressed as an army man and marching ahead near the border, as a border pillar can be seen in the background.

The announcement also accompanied a voice-over of the actor.  Sunny says, "27 saal pehele, ek Fauji ne wada kiya tha, ke woh wapas ayega. Ussi wade ko pura karne, Hindustan ke mitti ko apna Salam kehne, aa raha hai phir se..."

The latest announcement has elated fans. Many have extended their best wishes for the movie. However, a few others have once again raised their voice against Diljit Dosanjh and demanded his removal, warning of a boycott if he is not dropped.
