Bhagyashri’s performance in ‘Mr. Bachchan’ caught the attention of director Harish Shankar, leading to her casting in Mr. Bachchan. Following this, she secured a lead role in Ram Pothineni's 22nd film, tentatively titled RAPO22, directed by P. Mahesh Babu. The film's production commenced with a grand pooja ceremony on November 21, 2024, attended by notable directors like Hanu Raghavapudi and Gopichand Malineni. 

Speculation about a romantic relationship between Bhagyashri and Ram Pothineni has surfaced, fueled by reports of their frequent meetings in Mumbai and their on-screen pairing in RAPO22. However, neither has publicly addressed these rumors.
