'Ashirwad lena zaruri tha': Bhagyashree on her visit to Lord Jagannath Temple in Puri after surgery

Actress Bhagyashree, who became an overnight sensation with her debut flick 'Maine Pyar Kiya', suffered a deep forehead injury while playing pickleball, a couple of days ago. The wound was severe, requiring surgery and 13 stitches. Well, after the surgery, Bhagyashree paid a visit to Lord Jagannath's temple in Puri to seek the blessings of the Almighty. On Sunday, the actress shared a couple of pictures and videos on social media. Responding to a concerned fan over her visit to Srimandir post-surgery, the actress wrote, 'Ashirwad lena zaruri tha'.

Bhagyashree Seeks Blessings of Lord Jagannath

On Sunday, Bhagyashree shared a bunch of pictures and videos on Instagram. In the pictures, she is seen posing in front of Singhadwara. She is also seen offering 'diya' (earthen lamp) near Aruna Stambha. Moreover, the video shows her interacting with the Sevayat's of Srimandir.

She captioned her post, "Jai Jagannath !! Feeling blessed. In Puri for darshan of the Lord God Jagannath ... needed it." (sic)

Further, she wrote, "Peace and blessings envelop you if you go with belief and reverence. Had a wonderful darshan. The priest gave me dhvaj (templeflag) that was changed that day...as a blessing (ashirwaad). Also tasted the "Chattu Besara" a mustard cooked flavourful wild mushroom dish with ghee rice." While fans of the actress from Odisha flooded the comments section with well wishes and shared information relevant to her visit, a concerned fan asked, "But you recently underwent surgery!!!" (sic)

To this, the actress replied, "Isiliye toh ashirwaad lena zaruri tha." (sic)

Bhagyashree Suffered Severe Injuries

Bhagyashree suffered severe injuries on her forehead while playing pickleball. The wound required surgery and 13 stitches.

She shared photos from the hospital on Instagram, offering fans a glimpse into her recovery. In one photo she is seen lying on the hospital bed receiving treatment. In another photo, she is seen smiling despite a bandage on her forehead.
