BTS Jin
BTS' eldest member, Jin, recently opened up about his love for BTS ARMY in an interview with Weverse magazine. He emphasized that his foremost priority after completing his military service was meeting ARMY. Jin postponed all other plans, telling family and friends not to arrange any celebrations for his discharge until after he had spent time with his fans.
"When I left the army, I delayed everything so I could see the fans," Jin explained. "I made it clear to my loved ones: 'I need to meet ARMY first. Please hold off on any gatherings until after this week.'
Despite suggestions to take a break, I refrained from making any plans until Sunday. Meeting ARMY is my top priority; showing gratitude to them comes before anything else. It's always been that way, and it's what everyone expects. ARMY's support brings me immense happiness—they are incredibly important to me."
Reflecting on his deep connection with ARMY, Jin expressed profound gratitude. "Even if ARMY were to leave us in the distant future, we could never leave ARMY. Being with the ARMY feels like being at home—they make us feel secure. I always promise to do my best and ask them to stay by our side for a long time. Thanking them for their patience is essential."
Jin also credited ARMY for his unwavering dedication over the past 11 years. "ARMY is the reason I push myself every day," he said. "Everything we do is for them. When you love someone so deeply, you naturally give your all for them. It's the same with ARMY."
ARMYs were emotional reading Jin’s words and flooded social media appreciating him:
