Avneet Kaur in big trouble after jewellery brand accuses her of exploitation

Avneet Kaur has landed herself in big trouble after a jewellery brand Rang accused her of exploitation. The brand’s official account has shared screenshots of the interactions between Avneet Kaur and her stylist with the brand. According to Rang’s official Instagram page, they had made an arrangement with the famous social media influencer that she would use their jewellery during her Europe tour and in turn tag them on her Instagram pages.

The brand has alleged that all through her European tour, Avneet Kaur wore their jewellery and even flaunted the photographs of herself wearing the same on her Instagram pages. And that was the actual arrangement between the brand and Avneet.

However, the trouble started when the telly actress tagged the leading brands that she was wearing in her posts but did not tag Rang even though she was also wearing their jewellery. When the brand realised that the Tiku Weds Sheru actress had not tagged Rang in her posts, they contacted her stylist and requested her to make the changes as decided earlier in the next posts.

But even after all these intimations, Avneet Kaur did not fulfil the promise of giving credit to Rang on her social media account despite wearing their jewellery. That is why Akanksha Negi of Rang has now shared the screenshots of their interactions with the actress and has said that it took her a few days to think of what to do in such a situation.

On her social media page she has penned, “It took me a few days to decide whether to share this incident on social media, but I realized I can’t stay silent when it’s important to take a stand.”

While Avneet Kaur seems to have agreed to offer money in exchange for the jewellery used instead of giving Rang its due credit, the jewellery brand denied it saying that it is not about money but getting acknowledged by an influencer as Avneet.
