Renowned South Indian actress Jyothika has recently stirred headlines with her temporary relocation to Mumbai, sparking speculations about her personal life.

Addressing the rumors surrounding her separation, Jyothika took a moment to break her silence and provide clarity on the matter.

Contrary to swirling speculations about issues with her in-laws, Jyothika, in a recent interview with a Tamil media outlet, opened up about her decision to move to Mumbai.

She revealed that her parents had faced health challenges multiple times during the pandemic, and due to lockdown restrictions, she was unable to be by their side. She also noted that her children attend school in Mumbai, offering an additional reason for the shift.

Jyothika firmly clarified, "There is no other reason; it is a temporary change, and we are not going to Mumbai permanently." The statement aims to dispel any misconceptions surrounding her relocation decision.

Notably, Jyothika has been married to actor Suriya since September 11, 2006, and they have two children.
