A lot of new things are happening in Anupamaa. Now that Kavya and Vanraj are married, it is time to focus on Anu’s personal life and exploring the possibilities of whether she can have the presence of a man in her life or not. According to reports, several big stars have been approached to play the love interest of Anu. Earlier, Apurva Agnihotri’s appearance as Dr. Advait added more charm to the show.
Now the makers want to rope in an actor who is not only a big star but also can add more appeal to the serial through his charisma. Some of the names that have been reportedly approached for this particular role in Anupamaa include Bollywood’s circuit Arshad Warsi, Rajeev Khandelwal, Sharad Kelkar, Ram Kapoor, Rohit Roy, Vishal Singh, Varun Badola, Salil Ankola, and Shakti Anand.
While Arshad Warsi has refused to appear as the love interest of Anupamaa, Rajeev Khandelwal is too busy with his web series and movies to work on television. Even Ram Kapoor has refused to be a part of the show because of his prior commitments. Hopefully, the makers will finalize one name out of the remaining television stars soon.

But the search for a new male lead for Anupamaa has triggered discussions that the entry of a new actor might be the end of Sudhanshu Pandey’s character in the serial. But it does not seem to be possible because the presence of Vanraj and Kavya in Anu’s life is going to be very important for the storyline to continue.
In the upcoming episodes, both Kavya and Vanraj will lose their jobs while Samar and Nandini will get engaged. Good times are ahead for Anu as her dance academy will finally open and it will be a moment of joy for Anu and her children. Now, it would be interesting to see how Kavya and Vanraj will cope up after losing their jobs. Will Anupamaa turn as the savior for the Shah family once again?
