Anupamaa is currently battling cancer and all the family members including Vanraj and Samar are devastated as her health deteriorates after surgery. While her surgery is successful, her body does not seem to support the trauma the surgery has caused which is why Anu starts gasping for breath.

During his interview, Apurva said that the operation will be successful and give a new lease of life to Anu. It means that Anupamaa will recover completely after her surgery with good support from Samar, Baa, and also Vanraj. The upcoming episode will see the Shah’s bidding adieu to Dr. Advait who has managed to save the life of Anu with his expertise.

At the same time, Anupamaa will be back at the resort and will receive a warm and sweet welcome from her family. But this will make Kavya restless and she will once again go back to her old ways and try to humiliate and insult Anu. However, much to the surprise of Kavya, this time Vanraj will step in and tell Kavya not to bother his ex-wife.
Next, the Shah family will gear up to leave the resort and head for their home. It will make Anu nostalgic and emotional now that she is no more a part of the Shah family. Even the members of the Shah family are a bit worried as they do not know how Kavya will treat them all. On the other hand, Kavya is in great spirits and very much excited now that finally she can start her family life with Vanraj and live as the bahu of the Shah family.
