In Anupamaa, things are not pretty good between Vanraj and Anu. While Kavya is certainly trying to do her best to keep these exes apart, Vanraj being the egoistic man as always is not happy about the success that Anu is enjoying with her dance academy.
When Anu decided to allow Vanraj to open a café in her academy, she had no plans of taking rent from him. But after a major fight between Kavya, Vanraj, and Anu, Vanraj has decided to pay the rent at the end of the month.
The preview of today’s episode showed Vanraj telling Anu that he is not used to taking favor from anyone and hence will pay the rent at the end of the month which surprises his ex-wife. While things are pretty bad for Vanraj, now a new development will put even Anupamaa in a very troublesome situation. Both Vanraj and Anu get the notice that the property where Anu has opened her dance academy is facing some tax issues.

A government official tells them that the property tax for this particular place has not been paid for many years. When Vanraj asks the amount of tax that is needed to be paid, the official says that it is around Rs 20 lakh. It leaves both Anupamaa and Vanraj shocked.
Both Anupamaa and Vanraj are presently not in a position to pay Rs 20 lakh. The moment this preview aired on television yesterday, fans started speculating that it may be the end of Anu’s dance academy whereas many believe that this is where Dr. Advait aka Apurva Agnihotri will make an entry and help Anupamaa out of the situation.
Whatever the outcome will be, this new twist has really kept fans hooked. Also earlier, fans loved the chemistry between Dr. Advait and Anu and after his entry in the serial, Anupamaa is expected to have many more twists and turns in the storyline.
